What happens when an item I ordered is out of stock?
Sometimes due to inventory fluctuation, we may not have an item in stock. We will refund the out of stock item from the total and adjust the shipping charge if applicable.
Why did Shopify flag my order?
A Shopify order can be defined as high-risk if any of the transaction (via transaction monitoring tools) or user data raises red flags.
You may be asked to provide further identity data for verification purposes.
How long will my order take to ship?
It will take approximately 10-12 business days to receive the package as we have many orders to process.
You will get a notification from UPS / GLS or our local couriers to track your package, please check your email at the end of the day after 10 business days if you haven’t already.
How long until I can pick up my order for curbside?
You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup after 1-2 business days.
Is the warehouse in-person sale open?
Our warehouse in-person sale is closed right now.
Curbside VS Shipping?
We recommend picking the curbside option. Curbside is faster.
How does curbside work?
If you’re interested in doing curbside, you would select the “Curbside” option when choosing your shipping option. Then from there you would get a confirmation email (write this number down!)
1-2 business days later you’ll get another email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
I placed my order but didn’t get my confirmation email.
Check in your junk mail, as our popup shop email is an unrecognizable email, it’ll often end up in your junk.
I cannot add items into my cart or process my payment.
We recommend using Google Chrome as your selected browser when placing orders as it works best with the Shopify platform.

How come there are some cosmetics and skin care brands not on the website?
There are some restrictions as to what can and cannot be sold online from the manufacturing and supply companies. If you do not see a product online which you are looking for, please send us an email.
